We also take great care during the production of our bikes and through quality control we try to ensure you will get a bike which is every bit as good as you had hoped.

If you are facing a warranty case or asking yourself if the issue is covered, please always first contact the shop where you purchased the bike. A good shop should be able to offer you some help and if they can’t or don’t know what to do, contact the distributor in your region or get the shop to do so! Providing as much relevant information about your bike as possible will help to speed up the whole procedure. Sending us meaningful photos of the problem is really helpful to us. Bombtrack Bicycle Company warranties the replacement of original Bombtrack Bicycle Company products due to defects in material and/or workmanship according to the following conditions:

Duration of the warranty
Frame: 3 years I Fork: 2 years I Parts, Paint, Decals: 1 year

This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and not transferable to other persons! Proof of purchase is required to validate protection under this limited warranty.

This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear (as with bicycles, riding will cause certain deterioration)
2. Improper assembly (ask your local bike shop for help, if you are not a skilled mechanic)
3. Inappropriate follow-up maintenance (see 2.)
4. Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
5. Damage or failure caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
6. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover

Claims must be sent through an authorized dealer/distributor. This warranty is limited to replacing the defective part without charge and the company shall in no event be responsible for consequential or special damages and personal injury.

Note: If the Bombtrack Bicycle Company product is used in any competitive event, the user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damage to or failure of Bombtrack Bicycle Company bikes and any other losses. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability of fitness, shall be limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty set forth herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country.

Although warranty is limited, customer satisfaction comes first. If any problems occur, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you.
